Business Innovation And Investment Visa

 The requirement for Business Visa :

•  You must be nominated by a State or Territory in Australia.
•  Your total asset must be at least 1,250,000 AUD. The more assets you hold, the more chance you can get a Permanent  Residency.
•  You are willing to run a business in Australia or invest with some package: 2.5 million or 5 million AUD

 In order to get a Permanent Residency ( Business Innovation Stream), you need to meet at least 2 out of 3 following criteria in 12 months:

• Your business asset is at least 200,000 AUD
• Your total asset is at least 600,000 AUD
• You hire at least 2 Permanent resident/ Australia/ eligible New Zealand employee

In order to get a permanent residency ( Investor stream), you need to meet the following criteria:

• Your investment is held for at least 4 years.
• You have stayed in Australia for at least 2 years out of 4 years.

 In order to get a Permanent Residency ( Significant Investor stream), you need to meet the following criteria:

• Your investment is maintained during the period you held subclass 188.
• You have stayed in Australia at least 40 days per year or your partner has stayed here at least 180 days per year.

In order to get a Permanent Residency ( Entrepreneur stream), you need to meet the following criteria:

• Your business activity must meet some criteria: employee at least 2 local staff, turnover at least 300,000 AUD, acquiring a patent, receiving ongoing funding, partnership with a university or selling entrepreneurial ventures for 2 million AUD.
• You must have stayed here at least 2 years out of 4 years.
